We arrived in Crick having spent nearly 10 years on the island of Jersey, where we worked in one of the top hotels. Kieran worked with many of the top chefs; quickly gaining an enviable reputation for his original and distinctive, continental-style dishes, using the bountiful, fresh produce the island offered.
We wanted to develop our work by running our own Restaurant and are delighted to be at Edwards in Crick.
Uniquely set by the canal, Edwards make the perfect venue for a relaxed dining experience. Sarah offers you the warmest of welcomes while Kieran uses both fresh, local produce along with the more unusual, to create
